UpKeep Edge Predictive Maintenance Alerts use a combination of fixed thresholds, trend analysis, and machine learning to notify your team before equipment failures occur. Alerts automatically create work orders in UpKeep CMMS with full sensor context. The system tracks three clear severity states — Warning, Out of Range, and Incident — and supports one-click alert setup directly from any sensor, fast inline investigation, and direct hyperlinks to alert configurations.

Key Features
Three-State Alert Model
Warning means a sensor is approaching a threshold. Out of Range means the threshold has been breached. Incident means the breach has held for the configured duration. Each state is clearly defined and actionable.
