No. Providers only see the work orders they're assigned to. Technician-level provider users can only view jobs they're explicitly assigned to. Your internal notes and files stay private by default.
Is there a cost for providers to join?
No. Provider access is completely free. Providers can claim their profile, access assigned work orders, and collaborate with your team at no cost.
