Can service be scheduled on cycle counts?

Yes. PMs run on meter readings, which is the only sensible basis when one bank of machines runs constantly and another barely turns.

Can customers report a broken machine?

Yes. A QR code on the machine lets anyone submit from a phone with no account, and the store and unit come attached. Whether you want customers reporting directly is a policy call, but it works.

We have one technician covering every store. Does that fit?

That is the normal shape of this segment. The technician works from one queue across all stores with history attached, and closes jobs at the machine.

Does UpKeep connect to our payment or card system?

Not out of the box. UpKeep has a REST API on the Enterprise plan if you want to push machine data in, but most operators start by logging faults manually and find that sufficient.
