Bulk Asset Archive

What it does

It lets you clean up the asset list in bulk. Search, filter by location and category, sort, and select hundreds or thousands of assets at once, then archive them in one step. Archiving here is the same as archiving an asset in UpKeep: only the asset's status changes. Archived assets drop out of the default asset list and search and can't be picked on new work orders, but they aren't deleted, their PMs keep running, open work orders stay open, and downtime history is untouched. Restore them at any time from the Archived tab.
