What it does
It reviews pending maintenance requests and pairs up likely duplicates: requests that share an asset or location, have similar titles and were submitted within seven days of each other. Each pair gets a match score, a confidence level and a recommendation to keep, investigate or handle separately, so the person triaging requests can approve the right one and avoid sending two technicians to the same problem. Search candidates by request title, asset or location.
