What it does
It scores each technician's active workload from open, high-priority and overdue work orders and estimated hours, then flags who is overloaded, balanced or underloaded. Filter by team, location, role and due date; tune the scoring formula with sliders and watch the roster re-score instantly; and open any technician to move selected work orders to someone with room, comparing receivers side by side before you commit.
