Overview
UpKeep Edge Real-Time Monitoring gives your maintenance team a live window into equipment health from a single asset-centric dashboard. Instead of viewing sensors as isolated devices, every sensor is grouped by the asset it monitors. Each asset gets an expandable card that consolidates live readings, alert status, connectivity health, AI insights, and related work orders — aligned with how maintenance teams actually work.

How It Works
Wireless sensors collect data at configurable intervals (as often as every 10 minutes) and transmit to the Edge gateway
Sensors are automatically grouped by their linked asset, showing all related sensors in one expandable card
Summary status cards at the top provide an instant count of Alerts, Warnings, Out of Range, Connected, and Disconnected sensors
Threshold breaches are highlighted instantly with visual alerts and color-coded health status
