USAGE GUIDE: - Purpose: Use this app to create, customize, and print/save professional PDF reports from UpKeep Work Orders. - When to Use: Ideal for client sign-offs, regulatory compliance, or internal documentation where a polished layout is required. - Steps: 1. Find a Work Order: Use the search and filters in the Work Orders tab to locate and select a record. 2. Customize Layout: Switch to the PDF Config tab to toggle and reorder data sections, upload a company logo, and choose a color theme. 3. Finalize: Click "Generate PDF" to open the system print dialog.
