Congratulations to Justin Ngamthonglor, our Technical Project Manager, for being awarded UpKeep's Leader of the Month for March!

Justin is someone you can count on and can always lean on, especially during tough times. He is able to jump into any issue or discussion and immediately connect with the stakeholders and provide immense value for all involved. Since joining UpKeep, he has greatly impacted our overall culture and has become a standout leader throughout the entire organization.

“If the P&E team was a ship, then Justin would be its X.O. Justin is the glue that binds the team together, making sure that the sails are up, the deck is clean, and the food is served. Justin keeps the team running, and continuously strives to make us as smooth running of a machine as possible. Justin must have 3 heads and 10 arms for all the presence and work it takes to oversee the successful execution of so many things. Well deserved. Congrats Justin!”
