We have officially launched a cross-country campaign to shout out the heroes in maintenance who go under-appreciated for the hard work they do all around us. We spoke with several heroes in different professions and in different industries, and want to share some of the amazing things they had to say. Read their full stories here!

David Hadley, Franchise Owner at McDonald’s, wants the world to know, “There’s a misconception that Owners live in skyscrapers...when the reality is that we live in the communities we do business in. We truly care about our employees and our customers.” Thank you, David!

Thom Knudsen, Maintenance Coordinator at American Blending and Filling, says, “I’ve never felt closer to the community than I do now, because the bottles that I support and help make end up at stores right next door.” Thank you Thom!
