Onupkeep.com Is Now UpKeep.com!

When I first started UpKeep, I had a long bucket list of items I dreamed of accomplishing one day. It included things like:

• Have a real office space one day (not just my mom's garage...)

• Build a world-class team

• Raise a Series A and Series B

• Wrap my car in UpKeep's logo

• Help technicians around the world

But there was one very, very specific item on the list that eluded me for quite some time: "Host UpKeep's website at upkeep.com and fully own our brand."

You see, right when I started on this journey of founding UpKeep, I quickly found out that the domain upkeep.com was already claimed. The owner had been sitting on it for years, unwilling to let it go. In true "progress over perfection" style, I moved on and hosted UpKeep's website at onupkeep.com.

My vision was that when people would ask, "Where should I put this work order in?", the response would be "On UpKeep!" It made a whole lot more sense in my head, but actually wound up confusing people and getting us mixed up as OneUpKeep.com or 1UpKeep.com. 

Yeah...it sounded better in my head than how reality set in.

We've operated as OnUpKeep for the past 5 years, but I WANTED to OWN our brand UpKeep. And the dream of hosting our website on upkeep.com remained on my bucket list, quietly taunting me every time I sent an email.

Finally, after TONS of conversations and hard work, I am thrilled to announce that UpKeep is finally moving into its rightful digital home: upkeep.com!

I've always believed one of the biggest things stopping people from accomplishing their dreams is their own lack of belief in themselves. We are all capable of extraordinary things if we set our minds to it. Just like I put in my senior yearbook quote, "If you can imagine it, you can achieve it."

Sometimes it takes five years, countless hours, and endless determination to switch a website two letters, but it's worth dreaming those dreams. Accomplishing a dream is addicting, even small ones like today's achievement. I'm more energized than ever now to take on the next items on my ever-growing bucket list like:

• Revolutionizing our industry through Asset Operations

• Gathering 1 million years of experience together within our community
