The Maintenance Community (TMC) was created to serve the global maintenance and reliability workforce by producing an open exchange of knowledge that educates today’s generation of workers and uplifts the next. That original vision was the motivation behind our Community Champions initiative—an exclusive program for proven thought leaders and subject matter experts to demonstrate best practices in their industry.

Today, we’re proud to announce our Community Champions cohort for 2021-2022!

Who Are the Community Champions?

Each Community Champion has the opportunity to:

  • Earn exclusive TMC merchandise.

Those chosen for this year’s cohort are placed in one of two tiers: Community Leaders and Experts in Residence.
