Cycle Count Planner

What it does

It draws UpKeep locations at random on demand and creates one cycle count per picked location, covering all of its stocked parts. Every draw is logged with the date, who ran it and the random seed, so auditors can see the picks were random. It also tracks which areas and bins have been counted in the last 12 weeks, flags what is overdue or never counted, and lets you reuse past counts.
