Welcoming Colleen Ng to the UpKeep family as our newest Account Executive (AE)!

Colleen Ng is the newest member of our Emerging Market Sales team, working as an AE! We're thrilled to have her on board - she's already jumping on calls with prospects. We're looking forward to having her fully ramped up on the Sales team soon!

We’re excited to welcome you to the UpKeep family, Colleen! Tell us a little about yourself.

I’m so excited to be a part of the UpKeep family! I was born in Northern California but was raised in Southern California. However, I did move back to San Francisco for a little bit. I also lived in Seattle for a couple of years as well. I didn’t know how to cook until a few years ago but now I love cooking and I cook A LOT. I have a cute little shiba named Taro that I absolutely love even though I’m allergic to him.

How did you first get into Sales?

I was a part time bank teller when I was in college and realized you can make extra money on top of your base salary in sales. Haven’t changed field since.

Why are you excited to join UpKeep?

I’m excited to be part of a family where the customers & employees matter.

What are your first thoughts about the culture and team so far?

I love the culture! Everyone is so welcoming. You can tell that everyone is working towards the same goal and is very driven.

We have to know - what is your signature dish to make?

I make a pretty mean bowl of pho.. and Vietnamese crab noodle soup.

And finally, perhaps most importantly, what would you be if you were a kitchen utensil?

A spork!
