The vision of the UpKeep Ambassador Program is to ensure customers have access to the world's best industry professionals, establishing a standard of excellence surpassing traditional CMMS expectations. The mission involves fostering customer and community connections through education and robust industry partnerships, driven by our core product, unmatched support, and unwavering customer satisfaction.
UpKeep Ambassadors bridge the gap between computerized maintenance management software (CMMS) and broader business strategies. They contribute by offering marketing content, hosting webinars, conducting Q&A sessions, and providing consulting services to our customer base. Their role extends beyond promotion; they act as trusted partners, actively participating in the improvement of our products and market position.
While not everyone can be an UpKeep Ambassador, the program encourages qualified professionals, especially those with unique skills, to apply. Ambassadors commit to one to two hours monthly for marketing, education, and customer-facing activities. This commitment aims to build a community of vetted maintenance and reliability experts passionate about helping others establish and implement best practices.
The current group boasts a collective experience exceeding 150 years in maintenance and reliability across various industries, such as manufacturing, food and beverage, renewable energy, and oil/gas.
