Lemoore Senior Center is a prominent community building in Lemoore, California where over 120 senior citizens gather many times each week. The building hosts daily and weekly meals, games, and social activities for many members of the small-town community. The building is approaching it's 50th birthday and is in need of some repairs!

Facility maintenance comes in different degrees of severity based on the lifetime of both the external building and the systems within it. One of the most common facility repairs is roofs - and Lemoore Senior Center is no exception! The Senior Center roof repair is one of the most pressing work orders for the Lemoore facility, in addition to internal ceiling, lighting systems, and kitchen assets.
