A huge part of supporting our maintenance community is supporting our customers, beyond providing them with a computerized maintenance management system (CMMS). This week, we're thrilled to support our friends at New Hope of Indiana in their work to provide resources to individuals and families who are seeking independent, fulfilling lives. The organization is more than four decades old, and supports individuals with disabilities, as well as helps families navigate the child welfare and advocacy systems. New Hope runs about 50 group homes and supported living homes in the Indianapolis area.
With 50 properties that need maintenance and upkeep and numerous employees spread across the state, it is crucial for New Hope to streamline communication and maintenance processes. An UpKeep employee has been working with Mike Long of New Hope Indiana to learn more about their maintenance program across so many facilities. She celebrated this community cause, saying:
