October 4, 2019: Column View of Work Order List

Ready to look at your work orders from a different perspective? We are extremely excited to announce the release of the Column view of the work order page! This new view shows all existing work orders by user assigned and each status as a column. To update the status of a work order, simply drag and drop the work order into the relevant column. This new visual representation of the work order list helps teams to view all of the tasks at hand and get a better understanding of their backlog so they can prioritize, organize, and assign the tasks appropriately.

This new view not only helps with reviewing and prioritizing backlog but it also makes it easier to track the lifecycle of each task.
