Welcome to the team, Irene Chang!!! Irene is our second Implementation Manager, here to join forces with Rachel and offer the best possibld onboarding and implementation to our customers. We're so happy you're here, Irene!!!!

We’re so excited to have you at UpKeep, Irene! Tell us a little about yourself.

I was born and raised in LA, but just moved back here from SF! I love traveling and exploring, and being somewhere new is always exciting.

How did you first get into Customer Success?

Ever since my first job, I’ve always been in customer-facing roles and I find it to be such a rewarding experience. I love building relationships by helping customers get the most out of a product and setting them up for long-term success.

Why are you excited to join UpKeep?

I truly believe in the mission and product, which makes it easier to do my job. Everyone here is extremely intelligent and knowledgeable, and I can’t wait to learn from them. 

What are your first thoughts about the culture and team so far?

The company culture and team is amazing! The company goes above and beyond to make sure employees are treated well and taken care of, and everyone is super friendly, energetic, and helpful. 

We have to know - what has been your favorite city to live in out of Denver, SF, and LA?

Absolutely LA! Nowhere beats the 75 degree sunny weather in January. Besides driving in traffic for 30 minutes just to go less than 5 miles, I have no complaints. 

And finally, perhaps most importantly, what would you be if you were a kitchen utensil?

I would be a blender because I love mixing things up and being adventurous. I can handle anything that’s thrown at me, and smooth it out to turn it into something useful.
