About the Cause

Nuts, Bolts & Thingamajigs (NBT), charitable foundation of the Fabricators & Manufacturers Association, awards scholarships and supports summer camp programs to engage, nurture and excite individuals of all ages in the pursuit of careers in manufacturing.

For this upcoming Labor Day, NBT wants to salute the hardworking individuals in the industry who are keeping businesses running and doors open for daily operations. Especially during these difficult times, workers on the shop floor and in the factories are working tirelessly behind the scenes and on the frontlines to support and sustain our world.

More skilled manufacturing workers are needed now than ever before. Through NBT's programs, students ages twelve to sixteen gain the skills and experience they need to feel empowered to join this industry. Donations from this campaign will help fund these programs and provide scholarships to students pursuing degrees in manufacturing-related fields!
