I’m thrilled to announce we have a new team member joining UpKeep’s executive team today! Please join me in welcoming Doug Rybacki, who will be leading UpKeep’s Product and Engineering teams as our Chief Product Officer.

During the interview process, our Product and Engineering leaders were highly impressed by Doug’s vision and enthusiasm for UpKeep. Doug has built multi-product platforms in the past, led innovation across incredibly successful B2B SaaS companies, and has grown product-led growth teams.

While this impressive track record for scaling companies is a true asset to UpKeep, the members of UpKeep's executive team and myself were most impressed with Doug’s empathetic style of leadership and problem-solving mindset.
