We are so proud and overjoyed to announce that Ismail Elshareef has been promoted to UpKeep's first-ever Chief Product Officer, effective immediately! Since Ismail joined the team in August 2019, the Product and Engineering team has: 

• Launched and scaled Sensors / UpKeep Edge

• Launched UpKeep Analytics

• Hosted the Innovation 4 Hope Hackathon

• Introduced the Technician Focused Mobile Experience

• Migrated to Kubernetes

• Launched a new Preventive Maintenance Module

• Launched the Multi-site Module

• Attained SOC-2 Compliance

• . . . and so much more!
