Our Customer Success team has been hard at work trying to come up with creative ways to support our frontline workers outside of UpKeep. Miji, our Manager of Customer Success, shared,
We have been trying to think of ways to support those working on the frontlines by boosting their morale, while helping them stay safe, healthy, and happy. The entire Customer Success team brainstormed a list of ideas and shot for the stars.
One of the ideas our Customer Success team decided to implement was to send a bulk order of snacks to those who are still working on site. It is a very small token of our appreciation for those who are braving the frontlines and keeping our world running, but we hope it serves as an encouragement!
At UpKeep, we know that these are challenging and stressful times for many businesses due to the effects of the COVID-19 crisis. Many of our own customers run across some of the hardest hit industries and are dealing with a completely new normal. During such a time as this, it's important to us that we step up and do all that we can to support those working on the frontlines and in the country’s most vulnerable communities.
