Cheers to UpKeep Virtual Happy Hours!

While we are all missing the normalcy of being in the office together, our team has thought of creative ways to "UpKeep" our company culture. We host weekly themed happy hours for the team to come together outside of work hours, have a drink, and enjoy some entertainment. This has been a great way for us to see and keep in touch with coworkers on different teams, and have a dedicated time and space to share some quality time with each other. So far, we have enjoyed a Hawaiian luau, a company talent show, a spelling bee, and even a dog show! The possibilities are truly endless.  

All team members are invited to the happy hour and we have included special prizes for all our participants. At UpKeep, not only do we believe in empowering and supporting our team, but we believe it's equally important to empower and support our community through social impact initiatives.

Which is why our special prizes usually are donations to causes that are close to our team's hearts. Just in our latest spelling bee happy hour, we made a special donation for every participant to the honey bee conservancy. 

We will continue to host our virtual happy hours, but we won't hide the fact that we are also really looking forward to the day we can all be back in our office working together. Until then, Zoom will have to do! Cheers!
