I'm so excited for Ashley to join our team today. Ashley, thank you for the enthusiasm you displayed during our interview and throughout your first day.  I wanted to share a few reasons why we were pumped to welcome you onboard:

1. Your willingness to learn: you clearly have a curious mind and care deeply about researching topics before jumping in. During your interview, it was apparent that you did a ton of research on UpKeep - you were even able to recite our team values by heart!! Talk about preparation.

2. Your openness to mentorship: you described yourself as 'super coachable' which is crucial for a new sales role! Everyone on team UpKeep works together to get better and better every day, and we love teammates that embrace this "never stop bettering our best" mentality.
