We love sharing little snippets of the culture here at UpKeep! Having the UpKeep HQ based in Westwood allows our team to do a ton of fun team bonding activities right in our own neighborhood.

Last week, the UpKeep team eschewed a more traditional Friday night happy hour for a hot yoga-sculpt class taught by our very own Community and Content Marketing Associate, Heather Grant.

Yoga + cardio + weights + 93 degree heat? Talk about team bonding.

For many of us, yoga with weights was something just outside our comfort zones, but taking the class together and supporting Heather was absolutely worth it. It was amazing to see one of our teammates excel in her passion, and UpKeep now has quite a few Corepower enthusiasts on the team!!
