We are so proud and excited to announce that Rachel Wittlin has been promoted to Senior Implementation Manager, effective immediately! From her manager, "It is no secret that Rachel has played a monumental role in making our Quick Start Implementation Program a roaring success. For nearly seven months, [Rachel] single-handedly held down the entire Mid-Market onboarding function and helped the Implementation team mature along the way!"

In her new role, Rachel will be responsible for managing the onboarding experience for Mid-Market and Enterprise customers and complete the tasks necessary to make sure that each client is set up for success. Her focus will be to provide world-class customer service while driving value recognition through providing consultation and guidance on industry best practices to the client.
