Welcoming Fouad Abdul-Baki to the UpKeep family today as an Account Executive!!!

Week over week, our sales team just keeps getting bigger and stronger!!! Today, we welcome Fouad to the Account Executive squad!! Fouad, we're so excited to have you on the team. Here are a few things that we already know will make you a great addition to the UpKeep family.

1 - One thing that stood out to us in your interview was this "work hard and help others" mindset. In your 30-60-90 goal setting, you included becoming a resource for training other new hires by your 90th day. This is AMAZING, and we can't wait for you to see how this team-player attitude is shared with the rest of our team.

2 - Your experience in a similar role and a similar industry. This is definitely not a requisite for our new hires, but we think that your previous experience at Procore in a similar role, for a company in a similar market, will give you extra awesome background coming in. Your previous role supports your understanding of what this role will entail, as well as how the sales process works overall. Your knowledge of the industry shapes your communications with our customers and how our product can be of value to them.

Overall, your eagerness to build on what you know, while continuing to grow and learn, has shined already. Anthony Frattali, SVP of Sales, shares:
