Making an Impact in the World and in our Health

With so much going on in the world, and constant reports about the COVID-19 crisis playing on the television and social media, it's easy for anxiety, stress, and worry to sink in while in self-quarantine. And, you're not alone. At UpKeep, we've definitely been feelings the same emotions.

To give our minds a chance to process these emotions and reset, our Operations Team created a "Self-Care and Social Impact Bingo" that includes simple activities that can protect our mental and physical health, as well as several actions to make an impact in helping to slow the spread of COVID-19 and provide assistance to those in need.

How to Play

Our team had five days to complete all squares in the bingo card. Every person who hit bingo was entered into a raffle to win his/her choice of these amazing prizes:

• Beach Cruiser Bicycle

• Polaroid Camera + Film

• $250 Ikea Giftcard

• Mini Trampoline + Resistance Bands

• Le Creuset Cooking Set

• Espresso Machine

• $250 Rolling Greens Giftcard

• Air Fryer

• Roomba

• Mobile Air Conditioner

• Two Colossal Anthropologie Candles

Ripple Effect

Although this was a friendly competition, there was an overwhelming spirit of camaraderie and support among our team. We never lost sight of the ultimate goal to improve our overall health and make a difference in the world. Throughout the week, we witnessed ripples of goodness and kindness unfolding, and it was nothing short of amazing.

And the Winner is...

Everyone who participated were winners in our book. But, only one was able to take home a big prize.
