Software Advice, a software review site owned by Gartner, released their latest report for the best facilities and maintenance management software. Companies that create software that is highly recommended and easy to use are known as Frontrunners. UpKeep is one of these companies and ranked #1 for ease of use.
According to Software Advice, "companies are scored in two areas—Usability and User Recommended—based on actual user ratings.
"To be considered at all, products must have at least 20 reviews published within the previous 18 months, and meet minimum user rating scores. They also have to offer a core set of functionality—for example, Facilities and Maintenance Management applications help companies optimize the useful life of assets, including tools, machines and facilities, with core preventive maintenance, work order management and asset tracking. Some vendors offer optional facility-specific modules such as energy and space management.
"From there, user reviews dictate the Usability and User Recommended scores. Usability is plotted on the x-axis and User Recommended on the y-axis.
"You can download the full FrontRunners for Facilities and Maintenance Management report here. It contains individual scorecards for each product on the Frontrunners quadrant."
