Congratulations on your promotion, Caitlyn to Chief of Staff!

I am so happy to announce that we are promoting our very own, Caitlyn Young from Operations Manager to now Chief of Staff. You’ve been working with me and with us for over 1 year now and I couldn’t be more impressed with what you’ve done for the entire UpKeep business.

Caitlyn, this is such a huge promotion deserved and I am incredibly excited that I get to be the one that shares this with the world!

Over the past 12 months, you’ve….

1. Written a freaking book about maintenance

2. Shaped our entire hiring process

3. Helped own our finances

4. Become a huge driver of such positive work culture at UpKeep

5. Launched a nation-wide marketing campaign in NYC

6. Stepped up in pretty much EVERY single way whenever there was a slight call for help

7. And so so much more.

I don’t know many people that are crazy enough to want to work directly with me at the pace and speed that I move. You are the one who takes my moonshot ideas and turns ideas into actions. I can say that you have not only kept up, but exceeded all of my expectations.

We’ve got a long journey ahead and I am SO so thrilled to see where we continue going in the future.
