At UpKeep, we are constantly striving to provide our customers with the best possible experience when it comes to computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS). That's why we are thrilled to announce a series of new product updates that enhance functionality and improve the user experience across a range of areas. These upgrades are live as of April 13th, 2023.
One of our major updates is the Maintenance Automation DataHub Models, which allows our customers to select, combine, and transform source data. This update streamlines maintenance operations, reduces manual data entry, and ultimately saves our customers valuable time.
We have also introduced the Multiple Inventory Lines feature, which addresses concerns regarding the accuracy of inventory stock and cost levels. This feature enables customers to track consumption of parts and manage inventory levels accurately, thereby increasing trust in our system.
Our Premium Mobile Offline Mode: Auto-Cache update enhances the functionality of our mobile app, allowing technicians to complete work orders even when offline. This feature saves time, increases productivity, and streamlines the maintenance process.
Usability improvements are also a key focus of our product updates. We now support mobile users with creating and updating Work Order drafts both online and offline, while also reskinning checklists to support multiple checklists on Work Orders and PM triggers. Additionally, we have reduced the sync time between UpKeep and UpKeep Analytics, and added user-specific localization settings to provide a more personalized experience.
Preventive Maintenance updates are also a major part of our new product releases, with Preventive Maintenance: Based on Completion Creation Cadence feature allowing customers to decide how far in advance of the due date a preventive work order should be created. This allows users to focus on the most relevant work ahead.
Administrative controls have also been enhanced, with Custom Roles V2 providing more granular control over user permissions, and the Work Order Email Notification Control feature allowing for more specific email notification configurations. Our Import Updates - on ID feature uses unique record IDs as the primary key for Parts, Locations, and Assets, while the PDF Export up to 1,000 WOs feature allows users to batch export up to 1,000 Work Orders.
At UpKeep, we are committed to providing our customers with a reliable, efficient, and user-friendly CMMS. Our new product updates reflect our dedication to meeting the evolving needs of our customers and providing the best possible experience. We look forward to continuing to innovate and improve our products to better serve our customers.
