Overview
Wireless pressure meters (300 PSIG) measure pressure from a 5 volt pressure transducer and transmits the pressure measurement to i. By connecting the wireless pressure sensor to a pressurized gas, liquid or vapor supply line, it can measure the pressure within the line and send data to the UpKeep Edge Sensor Monitoring and Notification System. The data is stored in the online system and can be reviewed and exported as a data sheet or graph. User customization allows you to set notifications and alerts from the system so you can know immediately if pressure is above or below an optimal range.
How They Work
- The sensor measures pressure data using its integrated sensing element at configurable intervals.
- Readings are transmitted wirelessly via the protocol to the UpKeep Edge gateway with Encrypt-RF security.
- UpKeep Edge processes incoming data in real time, comparing readings against user-defined alert thresholds.
- When thresholds are breached, instant notifications are sent via text, email, or phone call to designated team members.
- All data is logged for historical trending, compliance reporting, and predictive maintenance analysis.
