Meet Our Teammate!

We are so excited to chat with Jasmine Lee, our Expansion Account Manager! In such a short time, Jasmine has made huge progress in innovating on the Expansion team, particularly by building strong partnerships with the Account Development team to find more growth opportunities at UpKeep! With Jasmine's natural ability to support, guide, and encourage her teammates, she hit the ground running as an Account Manager and has accomplished so many wins here on the UpKeep team. We're incredibly lucky to have Jasmine and her perseverance on the team! Here is her interview with our CEO, Ryan.

Ryan: What's up, Jasmine! Could you start us off by sharing what your role is at UpKeep, and some of your responsibilities?

Jasmine:  Yup, I am part of the Expansion team as an Account Manager. The heart of my role is to be a trusted advisor to our existing customers and to ensure that UpKeep is performing the way that they need to achieve their business goals. So, by strategically partnering with key account stakeholders and understanding their internal processes, I can then guide them on how UpKeep can help solve problems and drive effective change across their organization.

Ryan: How did you find out about UpKeep? And, what made you want to join the team? 

Jasmine: The amazing Tyler Blum, our recruiter, reached out to me on LinkedIn and after having literally just one conversation with him, I was like "Sign me up!" 

Ryan: Currently, what’s something you’ve been working on that you’re really proud of? Or, maybe a project you’ve already completed that you still think about?

Jasmine: For Q2, the Expansion team is shifting our focus to target a segment of our highest growth accounts. I’m paired with Darrell Johnson and we’re going to tackle the corporate ladder with a two-pronged approach. So far, it’s been super successful and in the proposal stage with our customers.   

Outside of UpKeep, I’ve been working on my side business, To the Moon and Back.  The idea started when we were all locked down in our houses due to the pandemic and I was honestly going a little stir crazy.  To the Moon and Back is going to offer a unique experience to safely get out of their homes and enjoy the outdoors in an educational and glamorous way. 

Ryan: What’s something you love about UpKeep?

Jasmine: I’m sure many people say this often when asked, but what I love the most about UpKeep is the ability to work alongside so many intelligent and fun people. It gets me excited every day to wake up and get to work.
