We understand the importance of a smooth onboarding process. Therefore, we've made historical work order imports easier than ever. This enhancement is designed to improve the overall implementation process for new customers, ensuring a seamless transition onto the UpKeep platform.

Robust Public APIs:

Our public APIs have become even more robust. Now, you can include custom fields on the asset at the API level, enabling efficient search and filtering based on the custom fields created in UpKeep. This empowers you to integrate UpKeep seamlessly into various tools and software systems.

Purchase Order Module Updates:

Managing purchase orders is a breeze with our updated module. Now, you have the ability to bulk approve or decline submitted purchase orders. This feature, part of our business cost plan, enables you to transact at scale, creating and sending purchase orders effortlessly.

Live Demo:

In our release session, we present a live demo that showcases the new asset views for work orders, providing users with a comprehensive view at the asset level. The list view component brings enhanced usability and functionality, allowing users to filter based on location and customize columns for a more personalized experience. Our demo also introduces new fields for asset import – serial number and manufacturer. Lastly, we close out the release with the ability to bulk approve or decline purchase orders.
