Ambassador Program Membership Policy

1. Purpose and Membership Scope

The purpose of this Ambassador Program Membership Policy is to define the guidelines and expectations for individuals interested in becoming part of the UpKeep Ambassador Program. This policy encompasses the roles and responsibilities of group members and outlines the criteria for admission and active participation.

2. Objectives

The primary objectives of the Ambassador Program are as follows:

  • Build a community of Maintenance & Reliability experts and professionals 

  • Share expertise and knowledge among group members and the greater Maintenance & Reliability community.

  • Collaborate to create marketing and thought leadership opportunities for Ambassadors to share their area of expertise.

  • Foster best-practices, creativity and innovation in the Maintenance & Reliability Industry

3. Admission and Participation

To join the Ambassador program, individuals and/or representative organizations must meet the following criteria:

  • Apply through application portal to show at will interest

  • Attend intake and discovery call with Head of Partnerships

  • Show enthusiasm and willingness to collaborate with fellow group members and move the industry forward

  • Respect the confidentiality and proprietary information shared within the group

  • Dedicate 1-2 hrs a month to potentially participate in podcasts, webinars, Q&A, etc

  • Agree to the terms and conditions outlined in the Ambassador program policy.

Participation in the Ambassador Program is voluntary, and individual or representative organizations may wish to leave the program at any time with formal notice.  UpKeep reserves the right to deny and/or remove program members at any time.

4. Marketing Expertise and Knowledge Sharing

Members with industry expertise are encouraged to:

  • Share their knowledge via the program through presentations, educational articles and/or consulting opportunities.

  • Provide mentorship and guidance to less experienced members.

  • Stay updated with industry trends and best practices and share relevant information.

5. Confidentiality

Members must respect the confidentiality of any sensitive information shared within the group. This includes but is not limited to proprietary marketing strategies, customer data, and internal company information.

6. Policy Review

This policy will be reviewed periodically to ensure its continued relevance and effectiveness in supporting a vibrant and engaged marketing group.

By adhering to the Ambassador Program Policy, individuals seeking to join the group will contribute to the group's objectives, foster a culture of collaboration, and share their industry knowledge and skills.
