Before you buy a credit pack
Will my team stop using Nova if we hit the monthly limit?
Your monthly credits reset every month. If your team consistently hits the limit before reset, you can buy a credit pack that adds to your account and is used before your monthly allotment runs out next cycle.
Do purchased credit packs expire?
No. Purchased credits never expire and roll over month to month. Unlike your included monthly allotment (which resets), credit packs stay in your account until used.
Are credit packs shared across my whole team?
Yes. Purchased credit packs are shared across every user on your account. Anyone running Nova or Studio can draw from the pack, so a few power users running heavy Max analysis won't lock the rest of the team out.
Are Nova and Studio on separate credit pools?
One shared pool. Both Nova and Studio draw from your account's monthly credit allowance, so usage is unified and admins see one number to manage.
How do I know if Standard or Max is the right mode for a task?
Standard for fast actions and direct commands ("close all completed PMs"). Max for analysis, reasoning and multi-step asks ("which assets had the most downtime this quarter and why"). Standard can answer complex questions too, just less thoroughly than Max.
Will I be auto-billed when I hit the limit?
No. We don't auto-bill overages. Credit packs are intentional purchases. You decide if and when to buy one.
Where do I see my team's credit usage?
Settings → Nova & Studio. Admins can see per-user usage there to understand where credits are going before deciding to buy more.
